3D MACHINING

     Here is an example of a part that was digitized and a blank die made from it. We CNC milled the 3d contour on this punch from the CAD data supplied by the digitizing. It was then designed to do a left and right hand piece. Using our CNC equipment, we quickly manufactured the components needed to finish the job.

     Here you can see the finished left and right hand pieces. All this was accomplished by utilizing our state of the art equipment and years of die making experience.
