PROGRESSIVE DIE
This is an example of the upper shoe on one of our progressive dies. It is composed of 13 different stations. They include pierces, forms, idles and a cutoff. Below you will see the actual strip and finished product for this die.
You can see here the variety of forms, pierces and embosses that go into creating this finished product. All of this is done in a progressive die.
